Mina Sue Choi spoke about lower-body swelling care, diet habits and mental management during a YouTube appearance on the 2nd.

Mina Sue Choi, a Miss Earth winner known through Netflix's Single's Inferno, appeared on a YouTube channel on the 2nd, according to the source article. Choi said, 'Because I often wear heels, I take care of my legs consistently,' while discussing routines for swelling care, diet and mental management.
For lower-body care, Choi said she starts with acupressure slippers. She said, 'When I walk in them while wearing socks, it feels like the swelling goes down by morning.' Choi also said she does daily foot exercises, including gripping a towel with her toes and lifting only her big toe.
On toe exercises, Choi said, 'When small shoes have been worn a lot in the past, the toes curl inward, but if you practice spreading them, the arch is built up and the ankle line becomes prettier.' She also mentioned a calf massager, saying, 'When I am active in high heels, my ankles swell really a lot,' and said she uses the massager often.
Choi said protein is central to her diet. She said, 'I think protein is important, so I try to make sure I eat 2 boiled eggs every morning,' and added, 'I also enjoy eating cheese.' She introduced eating Brie cheese and Comté cheese with crackers, sourdough and honey, saying, 'When I was dieting and thought, 'I am so hungry, but is there any clean food I can eat?', I ate it this way.'
When she wants sweet food, Choi said she looks for stevia cherry tomatoes. She said, 'After I first tried them, they tasted so good that I have eaten them often since then,' and added, 'They are good to eat instead of dessert.' Choi said she recently began taking olive oil with lemon juice, adding, 'It has been about 4 days since I started eating it, and when I eat it on an empty stomach in the morning, it feels like a protective barrier forms in my stomach,' and 'My stomach seems to feel more comfortable.'
As an experience related to mental management, Choi mentioned staying at a fasting center. She said, 'I have tried various diets, and at one point I also entered a fasting center,' and added, 'For 3 days, I stayed away from food, read books and did a digital detox.' She said, 'Through that process, I thought I needed to get away from food addiction.'
For stress management, Choi chose reading. She said, 'In the past, when I was stressed, I kept eating spicy foods like chicken feet,' and added, 'Now I try to calm my mind by reading books.' The books she recommended were Dopamine Nation and When Breath Becomes Air, which she described as 'books that make me want to treat others better.'
