Kwon Yu-ri shows her third year of Jeju life
A preview for MBC's I Live Alone showed Kwon Yu-ri at a home with a view of Seongsan Ilchulbong, along with humidity, mold and bugs.
Kwon Yu-ri, a member of Girls' Generation and an actor, will show her daily life in Jeju on the MBC TV variety show I Live Alone. A preview shown at the end of the July 3 broadcast showed Kwon spending the morning drinking tea at a home overlooking Seongsan Ilchulbong.
Kwon said Jeju was the first place where she began living independently. She said, 'Jeju Island is the first place in my life where I tried independence. I am in my third year of living alone.'
The home was decorated with items carrying a Jeju mood, according to the preview. Kwon described it as 'romance,' but added, 'If you come chasing only romance, there is nothing you can do,' referring to another side of living in Jeju.
The preview also showed picture frames lifting and mold spreading on the wall because of high humidity. Kwon said, 'In Jeju Island, you have to control humidity,' and took out household products for moisture removal as she began managing the home.
An unexpected bug also appeared inside the house, and Kwon screamed in surprise. The preview then showed Kwon gathering hijiki herself in the sea, continuing the look at her life in Jeju.
