In the video, YouTuber Ralral told her, 'How on earth did you lose 40㎏ when you like eating this much?' Poongja replied, 'I lost exactly 33㎏,' and described her diet method.

Poongja said, 'I originally went to exercise 3 times a week. But at some point, exercising made me feel so tired.' She also said, 'I worked hard for a whole month to lose 2~3㎏, but after filming food content for two days, I gained 4~5㎏,' according to Newsis.
