Former SBS announcer Choi Ki-hwan says he runs an academy
Choi Ki-hwan said on a YouTube show that he now operates an announcer academy after leaving SBS through voluntary retirement in 2021.

Former SBS announcer Choi Ki-hwan said he now runs an announcer academy, describing his current work after leaving SBS. YouTube channel B-geup Studio posted the video on the 21st.
Kim Seung-jin asked Choi, 'Does the company you are with now line up a lot of work for you?' Choi replied, 'I am running a business, and because of that, they do not really seem to pay attention to me. I suppose it is because I put a lot of attention there.'
Kim Il-joong said Choi had arrived in a car with a green license plate, referring to a corporate vehicle. Choi said he currently operates an announcer academy, and Kim Hwan described it as 'the largest in Korea.'
Choi said, 'I poured all my assets into it and am working really hard. I am doing it with all my passion and sincerity.' Choi joined SBS in 2003 as an announcer in its 11th open recruitment class and left SBS through voluntary retirement in 2021.
