Lee Hyori reflects on KBS2 reunion with Yoo Jae-suk
The singer appeared as a special MC on KBS2's new variety program Happy Together - Good to Not Be Alone and spoke about reuniting after 20 years.
According to the report, singer Lee Hyori spoke about appearing again with Yoo Jae-suk and Yoon Jong-shin 20 years after Family Outing. The report said KBS2's new variety program Happy Together - Good to Not Be Alone premiered on the 10th, with Yoo Jae-suk, Jang Hang-jun and Yoon Jong-shin as its 3 MCs and Lee Hyori as a special MC.
During the broadcast, Yoo Jae-suk told Lee Hyori, 'It seems a lot of the sediment in your heart has settled,' and Lee replied, 'It has settled a lot now,' according to the report. Yoon Jong-shin recalled Family Outing and said Lee would once have entered asking, 'What is this?' as soon as she appeared, but that her mild tone now felt awkward, the report said.
The report said Yoo Jae-suk added, 'Has it been 20 years since Jong-shin, Hyori and I were on Family Outing? I think this is the first time the three of us have broadcast together.' Lee Hyori responded, 'I am truly happy just that none of us went to rock bottom and we could meet again in this place,' a remark the report said drew laughter.
