Flex X Cop 2 unveils cameo lineup

SBS announced the special-appearance lineup for its new Friday-Saturday drama Flex X Cop 2 on July 11, saying Jung Chae-yeon, Joo Hyun-young and others will join the series after Yoo Seung-ho.

Flex X Cop 2 follows chaebol detective Jin I-soo, who uses wealth to turn investigations around when they stall, and new team leader Joo Hye-ra in a joint investigation drama driven by money. Ahn Bo-hyun returns as Jin I-soo from the previous season, with Jung Eun-chae, Kang Sang-jun, Kim Shin-bi and Yoo Seung-ho also appearing.

The cameo lineup includes Kim Eui-sung, who appeared in the first episode of Season 1, along with Park So-yi, Lee Hak-joo, Choi Deok-moon, Lee Seok, Son Woo-hyun, Heo Sung-tae, Jung Chae-yeon, Jeon Hye-bin, Joo Hyun-young, Min Kyung-ah and Kim Hye-eun.

The production team said, 'We put great care into casting actors for each episode to overturn the formula that a famous actor cameo equals the culprit. We are only grateful to receive help from actors who have both acting ability and recognition.'

The team added, 'We hope viewers enjoy guessing the culprit together with Violent Crimes Team 1. Please look forward to it.' Flex X Cop 2 is scheduled to premiere on August 7 at 9:50 p.m.
