The agency said it is monitoring unlawful conduct targeting its artists and proceeding with legal steps based on collected evidence.
KQ Entertainment, the agency of ATEEZ, reaffirmed its position on taking legal action over conduct that infringes on artists' rights.
KQ Entertainment said on July 21 that it is continuously monitoring unlawful acts targeting its artists, including the spread of false information, defamation, insults, sexual harassment and privacy violations. The agency said it is carrying out strict legal procedures based on evidence it has collected.
The agency also said all secured materials are subject to review regardless of whether posts have been deleted or accounts have been withdrawn. KQ Entertainment said it will respond legally without any leniency.
KQ Entertainment plans to continue related measures by combining fan reports with its own monitoring.
ATEEZ recently reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Billboard's main U.S. album chart, with its 14th mini album, 'GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5.' The result marked the group's third time at the top of that chart.
