Spider-Man: Brand New Day tops 30 ten-thousand reservations

Spider-Man: Brand New Day passed 30 ten-thousand advance ticket holders about a week before its release. As of 6:30 a.m. on the 22nd, the film had about 30 ten-thousand 9000 advance ticket holders ahead of its scheduled release on the 29th.

Because more than 7 days remained until release, reservations were expected to increase further. Hope was described as facing pressure on its No. 1 box-office position, with about 17 ten-thousand 1600 advance ticket holders at the same time.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is the 4th Spider-Man film released by Marvel. The story follows Peter Parker, who 4 years earlier chose to disappear from everyone's memories to protect the people important to him, after an unexpected DNA mutation leaves him caught by uncontrollable power.

Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker. Zendaya, Mark Ruffalo, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal and Michael Mando also appear, and Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in 2021, directs the film.

The previous 3 Spider-Man films all recorded large worldwide sales. Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017 recorded 8 hundred-million 8000 ten-thousand dollars, Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019 recorded 11 hundred-million 3200 ten-thousand dollars, and Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021 recorded 19 hundred-million 2100 ten-thousand dollars; in Korea, they were seen by 725 ten-thousand, 802 ten-thousand and 755 ten-thousand viewers, respectively.
