aespa's Giselle shows navel piercing in SNS photos

aespa member Giselle posted several photos on her social media account on the 9th with the short caption 'hola,' showing a cropped styling and a navel piercing.

In the photos, Giselle wore smoky makeup and lifted her T-shirt in a cropped look, revealing her waist and abs. The photos also showed a navel piercing.

Giselle previously discussed why she got the piercing in YouTube content in which she appeared with Ningning. She said, 'I originally wanted to do it, but I was scared and could not,' adding, 'I asked Ningning, 'Do you want to do it together?' and we ended up doing it together.'

Giselle also said, 'It was not as painful as I thought.'

A navel piercing is a type of body piercing in which jewelry is worn through skin above or below the navel. Cleveland Clinic in the United States explains that a navel piercing can take more than 1 year to fully heal, and says it is important to keep the area clean and avoid touching it often with hands.

Cleveland Clinic also advises seeing medical staff if redness, heat or pus appears, as those signs may indicate possible infection.
