Lee Dong-wook recalls military ties with Gong Yoo

Lee Dong-wook says Gong Yoo was his senior in the military before they met through Goblin.

The 4th installment of tvN's 20th anniversary edition Together, Brilliant With You - Goblin 10th Anniversary Trip airs on the afternoon of the 12th. The episode follows the final part of a memory trip taken by Gong Yoo, Lee Dong-wook, Kim Go-eun and Yoo In-na to mark the 10th anniversary of Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, also known as Goblin.

On the second day of the trip, the four actors continue through scenes including morning hangover food and a game of yutnori with dishwashing at stake. The episode also includes items from the actors' bucket lists, including squid sundae and makguksu, a bicycle ride by the beach and a visit to a drawing photo studio.

Lee Dong-wook brings up that he and Gong Yoo had a senior-junior relationship in the military before Goblin. Lee says he was a private second class when Gong Yoo was a sergeant, recalling, 'I could not even look at him.'

Lee also says, 'I am saying this now, but I washed all of Gong Yoo's underwear and socks,' before adding, 'In effect, I raised Gong Yoo.' The final episode of Goblin 10th Anniversary Trip airs at 9:10 p.m. on the 12th.
