JENNIE headlines Roskilde and Open'er in back-to-back shows
ODDATELIER said JENNIE appeared as a headliner at Roskilde Festival on the 3rd and Open'er Festival on the 4th, calling it a K-pop first.
OA Entertainment(ODDATELIER) said on the 6th that JENNIE, a member of BLACKPINK and a global pop artist, performed as a headliner at Roskilde Festival in Denmark on the 3rd and Open'er Festival in Poland on the 4th. The agency described the appearances as the first consecutive headliner record for K-pop at the two major European festivals.
According to OA Entertainment, Roskilde Festival was held as northern Europe's largest festival, while Open'er Festival was held as central Europe's largest festival. The agency said JENNIE first appeared on Roskilde Festival's Orange Main Stage, where the local audience cheered as she came onstage.
OA Entertainment said JENNIE performed 'Mantra', 'ExtraL' and 'Starlight' in sequence at Roskilde Festival and also presented a new song. At Open'er Festival, the agency said she also appeared as a headliner on the Orange Main Stage and included songs that have received support from global fans, new songs and hit songs in the set.
ODDATELIER said, 'JENNIE captivated the audience with unwavering live vocals and performance, and when the final song 'like JENNIE' began, the crowd filling the venue sang along, raising the festival's energy to its highest point.'
Before the two festival appearances, Roskilde Festival Head of Music Thomas Sønderby Jepsen said JENNIE's addition strengthened the festival's identity as one that reflects current trends and moves toward the future. The Open'er Festival organizers described JENNIE as 'one of the most influential female artists of this era' and praised what they said was her influence across music and pop culture.
The source also referred to last year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in JENNIE's festival history. It said she had appeared on a headliner stage as part of BLACKPINK, and that her solo Outdoor Theatre appearance, described as 'Jencella', included 13 live songs. According to the source, near the end of that performance, while singing 'Starlight', JENNIE shouted, 'I love you, Mom.'
The source said JENNIE had already performed at The Governors Ball Music Festival 2026 in the United States and is scheduled to appear at Spain's 2026 MAD COOL FESTIVAL, Lollapalooza Chicago in the United States and Japan's SUMMER SONIC 2026. It also said 'Dracula', her collaboration with Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala, ranked No. 10 on the U.S. Billboard main singles chart Hot 100 dated the 4th, tying her own highest ranking.
