Jung Sun-hee recalls Park Myung-soo story on Radio Star

Jung Sun-hee shared past stories involving Park Myung-soo and Seo Kyung-seok on MBC's variety show Radio Star, according to the program aired on July 8.

The episode was presented as the 'Laugh Creator Crew' special and featured Lee Sung-mi, Jung Sun-hee, Kim Young-hee and Lee Sun-min. Asked whether she had been attacked by a honeybee at MBC, Jung said she moved to MBC in 1999 and felt awkward while adjusting to the atmosphere there.

Jung said Park appeared in a honeybee costume at the time and told her, 'Why did you come to MBC? Do not take someone else's bowl of rice here and go back to SBS.' She said he delivered the line with charisma and authority.

Jung also recalled that Park kept asking her questions such as, 'Do you own your home? Is it leased? Is there a collateral mortgage?' She said he was teasing her, while Kim Gu-ra said Park liked Jung at the time.

Jung said she did not know that then. She said Park had asked her, 'How many years will you work as a comedian? Are you going to quit work?' and that she wondered why he was asking those questions.

Jung added that she later heard from Go Myung-hwan that Park had prepared balloons in a car trunk and was going to confess, but could not open the trunk because she did not come out. When Kim Gu-ra again said Park had liked her, Jung replied that it would never be known and that it might have been intended as comedy material.

Jung also said she once had feelings for Seo Kyung-seok. She said Seo's attitude was different from other male comedians, adding that when others made mischievous jokes, Seo made light jokes and did not curse.

Jung said it was not easy to meet such a gentle person in the comedy world and that Seo had manners that made people feel excited. She added that she was not the only one who felt that way.
