Universal Music Korea said singer Lee So-ra will release the new song 'I Will Forget Your Face' at 6 p.m. on July 7, 2026, marking her first new track in 7 years.

According to the company, the song tells a love story set against a summer night. The release came together after Lee personally asked Choi Jung-hoon of the band Jannabi to compose it, and Lee wrote the lyrics herself.

The company said Cho Kyu-chan handled vocal directing for the track.

Lee said the release feels like it comes after less time than it actually has. Lee said she wanted to thank everyone who helped with the work and those who had not forgotten her music and waited for it.

It feels as if not much time has passed, but this is my first new song in 7 years since 'Song Request'. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who helped with the work and to those who did not forget my music and waited for it.
