The opening number was below the 4% recorded by episode 1 of the previous drama, Doctor on the Edge.
Dream to You is a romantic comedy about Woo Soo-bin, a film director who has achieved his dream, and Joo Yi-jae, a working reporter who lives after forgetting her dream, reuniting after the past.
Hwang In-youp and Lee Hye-ri star in the drama. The first episode depicted Woo Soo-bin, described as a genius who won two awards, best new director and best picture, through his first feature film Wandering, meeting Joo Yi-jae again after 15 years as she works across the country as a reporter.
The series airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 p.m.
