Fitness YouTuber shares light dinner after 20㎏ loss
The 41-year-old creator posted peaches, yogurt and nuts on Instagram on the 21st, with the meal tied to weight-control points about nuts and yogurt.

A 41-year-old fitness YouTuber with 115 ten-thousand subscribers, who had drawn attention for losing 20㎏, revealed her dinner menu on Instagram on the 21st. She posted a photo of the meal and wrote, 'Keeping dinner light today.'
The photo showed peaches, yogurt and nuts. The combination of fruit, nuts and yogurt is described as useful for dieting, and nuts are rich in protein, dietary fiber and unsaturated fat, which help maintain fullness for a longer time.
Nuts are high in calories, but eating an appropriate amount does not immediately lead to weight gain. In 2024, a University of South Australia research team analyzed 7 randomized controlled trials and found that diets including nuts did not interfere with weight loss, while some studies showed a greater weight-loss effect.
Yogurt is also rich in protein and calcium, making it useful for controlling meal intake. Greek yogurt in particular takes a relatively long time to digest, which can raise fullness and help maintain muscle mass during weight loss.
A Harvard University follow-up study of about 12 ten-thousand U.S. adults, conducted every 4 years for up to 20 years, found that people who ate more yogurt and nuts tended to gain less weight. Adding peaches can supply sweetness and moisture with low calories.
However, sweetened yogurt, fruit with high sugar content or excessive amounts of nuts can increase calorie intake. The guidance was to choose unsweetened yogurt and limit nuts to around one handful.
