TV CHOSUN's 'Joseon's Lover(조선의 사랑꾼)' will air its 5th-anniversary special, 'Joseon's Lover Singing Contest,' on the 13th. The episode features Bae Ki-sung speaking about hearing problems related to hearing loss before going on stage.

In a preview video, Bae said, 'I am at month 5 of a situation where I cannot hear in my right ear.' He added, 'I hear tinnitus 24 hours a day. I cannot hear at all what people on my right side are saying.'

Bae said he remains troubled that he cannot show his best vocal volume and condition. He also said, 'I wonder if today's stage might be the last stage where I can sing in front of the senior colleagues I really, really loved.'

Bae previously disclosed his hearing loss, saying, 'The doctor said that if I still cannot hear by month 6, I could receive a disability diagnosis.' Afterward, Bae and his wife Lee Eun-bi took various restorative foods, including frog and centipede.
