Yoon Kyung-ho begins 13-hour vow of silence
The actor carried out a ratings pledge after SBS drama 'Manager Kim' passed 13%, saying his silence began at 7 a.m. on July 13.

Yoon Kyung-ho said in a video posted to his social media Story on July 13 that he had begun the 13-hour vow of silence he promised. 'Today at 7 a.m., I began my vow of silence,' he said in the clip.
In the video, Yoon placed a hand on his chest and swore to carry out the pledge. He said, 'I, Yoon Kyung-ho, with gratitude and according to my conscience, will undertake this vow of silence without the slightest falsehood,' then added, 'From now on, I will begin 13 hours of silent practice.'
The pledge was linked to a viewership-rating promise Yoon made at last month's press conference for SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Manager Kim.' He had said he would undergo 13 hours of silence if the drama surpassed 13%, and 'Manager Kim' exceeded that mark by recording 15.7% within 2 episodes.
The recently aired 6th episode recorded 22.3%. 'Manager Kim' is a father-universe revenge action drama about the 'world's most ordinary' father becoming the 'world's most dangerous' man as he fights to get back his only daughter, and it airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
