Go Youn-jung adds two action roles
AAP said on the 13th that Go Youn-jung will appear in a Disney+ original series and a martial arts action film.
Actor Go Youn-jung will appear in the Disney+ original series(무빙 시즌2) and the film(남벌), her agency AAP said on the 13th. AAP said she will play Jang Hui-soo and Aeryeong in the two works, respectively.
In the Disney+ series, Go will continue as Jang Hui-soo from Season 1. The work follows people with supernatural abilities who return to everyday life after the Jeongwon High incident and face a new crisis.
Jang Hui-soo is described as a person who has grown while protecting her family and friends. Go is scheduled to show the character with changes and expanded action in Season 2.
The film is a martial arts action work set in early Joseon. It follows 9 warriors with different abilities and social classes as they travel to Tsushima Island to rescue captives taken by Japanese raiders.
Go plays Aeryeong, who loses her family in a Japanese raider attack and enters the battlefield to save her younger sibling held on Tsushima Island. She is currently preparing for action and horseback-riding training.
