The source said Sung has covered various Japanese songs on YouTube. Japanese local media, including Oricon News, also reported the news of Sung's remake album release.
Oricon News said the album was produced 'because of support from fans who wanted to hear more Japanese-language cover songs sung by Sung Si Kyung.'
After releasing the remake album, Sung is scheduled to perform at Tokyo Garden Theater in Japan on October 4, according to the source.
