Choi Daniel discusses admiration for Jang Do-yeon
The actor appeared as a special MC on SBS's My Little Old Boy and spoke about his connection with Jang Do-yeon on Kugidong Friends.
Choi Daniel appeared as a special MC on SBS's My Little Old Boy on July 12 and discussed his connection with comedian Jang Do-yeon, with whom he currently appears on the variety program Kugidong Friends.
Choi said Jang was a major factor in his decision to join Kugidong Friends. He said he had long been a fan, having watched a comedy program featuring Jang and Yang Se-chan and paid for a replay service to view all of it.
Asked whether he had ever felt his heart flutter for Jang while filming together, Choi said, 'There was a moment like that.' He explained, 'It was not because of anything specific about her, but while eating together and spending time together, I suddenly felt comfortable.'
Choi added, 'It was not a feeling I necessarily needed to express,' and said he thought of her as someone comfortable to be with and a good person. He also said, 'I hope this does not cause any harm to Jang Do-yeon.'
Near the end of the broadcast, Choi left a video message for Jang, saying, 'I was truly grateful that we became close while doing the program,' and, 'Let's meet soon and spend time together.'
