Kim Na-young again addressed criticism over the amount of food shown on her family table. On July 15, the broadcaster shared a recipe while making bamboo shoot carbonara on her YouTube channel Kim Na-young's Nofilter TV.

Kim stressed during the video, 'I am going to make a lot of food today.' When a producer asked whether comments about the meal portion criticism had bothered her, Kim said, 'It seems like you are all watching closely to see whether I make a lot of food or a little, so today I am really going to make a lot.'

Kim added that when she cooks with the intention of making a large amount, food often ends up being left over. She asked subscribers to refrain from saying the portions are too small, saying, 'Our family is full enough. On days like that, food is left over, and then my heart hurts so much.'

In May, Kim received criticism on her YouTube channel that the meal she prepared for her two sons was too small. At the time, she said the food only looked small on screen and was not a small amount, and she also showed herself making jumbo-size fried rice in a large wok.
